This draft describes the intended configuration of insmart. The legal operator, postal address, privacy contact, effective date, retention periods, and applicable consumer rights must be completed and reviewed by counsel before production use.
Information we collect
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message so we can answer your request. Please do not send payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
When you follow an Amazon purchase link, our server may record the product identifier, selected advertising channel, UTM campaign parameters, and time. We do not intentionally include your name, email, or full browsing URL in those click logs. Avoid placing personal information in campaign parameters.
Cookies and advertising tools
We store your cookie preference locally in your browser. Optional Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel integrations load only after you accept optional tracking and only when configured. You can reopen cookie settings using the footer control. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent browsing or following Amazon links.
If enabled and accepted, these providers may receive browser, device, page-view, and interaction information under their own policies. The final policy must identify the tools actually enabled, their purposes, legal basis where required, and the applicable opt-out mechanisms.
Amazon and other third parties
Amazon links lead to Amazon.com, which handles purchases made there under its own privacy policy and terms. Amazon Attribution parameters may measure campaign performance. We do not receive your Amazon payment details through these links.
Messages are delivered through the configured email provider, Resend or SMTP. If direct purchasing is enabled, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. The configured order database stores the order information needed for fulfillment. These service providers process data according to their respective terms.
Direct orders, if enabled
Order records may include an email address, delivery details, products, payment status, and a Stripe transaction reference. We do not store card numbers. We use order information for fulfillment, support, accounting, and other legally required purposes.
Retention, security, and your rights
The operator must establish retention periods for contact messages, click logs, and order records before launch. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service can promise absolute security. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw optional consent.
Children and changes
This site is intended for adults making purchasing decisions and is not directed to children. This policy may change when the site’s services or legal requirements change. The operator must publish an effective date with each material revision.
